Had a really comfortable stay on the 1st night. the hotel is set in a very central area close to various tourist hotspots and Penang. - Conveniently located near Korean restaurants.

The location is marvellous and perfect, near eateries and shopping. It's nestled in a very good building just off Komtar, which is a central point for the buses, street art, and markets. - the rooms are light and spacious with 2 beds.

We only had a window to a manhole. It came out of this one very loud, so that we could only sleep with earplugs. . The air conditioning was leaking. . . One day the safe could not be opened. We had to wait for an hour until we could get back to our valuables. . Small bed

Nice and ideal location close to so many landmarks, and 10 minute walk from a soaring skyscraper. Good food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity. Beautiful, good-sized room with double bed, and welcoming staff.
